A typical day at camp :
1:00 Camp begins (warm up)
1:20 Station drills
- Shooting
- Passing
- Dribbling (1on1 moves)
- Defense
- Rebounding
- Game like situations
2:20 Water Break
2:30 Shooting Drills
3:00 Skills Competition
3:30 SNACK TIME (FRUIT AND WATER PROVIDED BY THE CAMP)
3:50 GAMES (3ON3 / 5ON5)
4:55 COOL DOWN
5:00 PLAYERS DISMISSED.
